“The reason for ordering a bespoke sideboard was simple: we wanted to store tableware and glassware while keeping a clear surface for serving. The solution was not simple, though. The team did not assume that every home in La Vila Joiosa was alike; they checked our actual walls, light and access. We were given two sensible routes, with the cost difference explained, and chose without feeling rushed. Nothing felt improvised on fitting day. Even the order in which the parts came into the room had been considered.”

“This was our first made-to-measure project: replacement wardrobe fronts. We hoped to update the room while keeping the sound existing carcasses, but did not know which material or opening system made sense. The local point that mattered in our case was narrower urban access. It changed one detail, but not the overall look. Both were explained in ordinary language.
